No. The Sovereign Board is advisory and non-voting. It is not a legally recognised director, officer or fiduciary. Your legal governance stays exactly where it is today.
Yes, and Sovereign adjusts to it. If you are a sole proprietor, single-member LLC or simply the only person running the business, Founder-Only mode presents the seats as a Simulated Executive Advisory Council rather than a board: no quorum, no motions, no votes, no legal-director labels, and no formal minutes. Records are written as Founder Advisory Sessions with Owner Decisions, and AI recommendations are never corporate resolutions.
Yes. Add a director, manager, advisor, accountant, attorney, investor or executive at any time and the suite moves from solo advisory to hybrid governance, keeping all prior company memory.
