PRICING DECISION

IN SESSION
CMOAdvocate

Chief Marketing Officer

Raising price by 30% is defensible. Our positioning is under-priced against three comparable operators, and our win rate is above 60% — that's a pricing signal, not a sales signal.

CFOConditional

Chief Financial Officer

The margin case is strong. The cash case depends on churn. If we lose more than 11% of the base, the increase is net-negative for two quarters. I want a modelled floor before approval.

CXCaution

Customer Officer

Forty-one percent of accounts joined during the launch pricing narrative. Repricing them without a grandfathering window converts loyal customers into a support incident.

WAITING
CCChallenge

Chief Contrarian

Everyone is debating how to raise price. Nobody has asked whether we're solving a discounting problem with a pricing decision. If discounting is the leak, the increase just widens it.

Founder decision

The board does not vote. It hands you a recommendation, the recorded dissent and the reasoning behind both. You decide.

Founder Lock

This product advises. You decide.

Founder removal, ownership changes, equity or debt issuance, sale of the company, banking ownership, material financial commitments and legal signatures are permanently protected. AI advisors here are not legally recognised directors.

Questions

Good things to ask.

  • No. The Sovereign Board is advisory and non-voting. It is not a legally recognised director, officer or fiduciary. Your legal governance stays exactly where it is today.

  • Founder Lock is the permanent boundary of the system: AI advises, AI challenges, AI researches, and AI may execute only within limits you explicitly approved. Irreversible and high-risk acts always stop at you.

  • If you're still defining the business, start with Sovereign Start. If the business runs but decisions are lonely, take Sovereign Board. If you want the board wired into daily operations, take Board Pro. The two-minute assessment will point you.

  • No, but Board is far more useful when the company's structure is already defined. Many founders run Start and Board together for the first quarter.

  • Only inside narrow standing delegations you approve, with read-before-write checks, verification and rollback rules. Anything outside those limits becomes an approval request.
