Questions

Everything worth asking.

  • No. The Sovereign Board is advisory and non-voting. It is not a legally recognised director, officer or fiduciary. Your legal governance stays exactly where it is today.

  • Founder Lock is the permanent boundary of the system: AI advises, AI challenges, AI researches, and AI may execute only within limits you explicitly approved. Irreversible and high-risk acts always stop at you.

  • If you're still defining the business, start with Sovereign Start. If the business runs but decisions are lonely, take Sovereign Board. If you want the board wired into daily operations, take Board Pro. The two-minute assessment will point you.

  • No, but Board is far more useful when the company's structure is already defined. Many founders run Start and Board together for the first quarter.

  • Only inside narrow standing delegations you approve, with read-before-write checks, verification and rollback rules. Anything outside those limits becomes an approval request.

  • No. Sovereign Business Suite is an education, governance and operations system. It does not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and results are not guaranteed.

  • Connections are scaffolded and verified before use, secrets are never displayed, and privileged actions are audited. You can disconnect any surface at any time.

  • Yes. Plans are month-to-month or annual, and you can move between Start, Board and Pro as the company matures.
