Your company record
The company facts, products and prices your board reasons from are saved to the machine each time you open them, and stay readable with no connection.
White-label · Desktop
Every white-label suite comes with a desktop application for Windows and macOS. It opens straight into your board, keeps you signed in, and holds a copy of your company record, sittings and documents on the machine — so when the connection drops, the record is still in front of you.
Version 1.0. Unzip and open the app. The builds are not yet signed by Apple or Microsoft, so the first launch needs Open anyway on macOS (right-click the app, choose Open) or More info → Run anyway on Windows.
The company facts, products and prices your board reasons from are saved to the machine each time you open them, and stay readable with no connection.
The sitting, who spoke, the dissent and the ruling are kept on disk, so an outage never costs you the record.
Blueprint, minutes, 90-day plan and SOPs stay on the machine and export to PDF and Word.
You sign in once. The app remembers you, so it opens straight into your board — not a login screen.
An icon on your desktop, no browser tabs, no address bar. Keyboard shortcuts open the boardroom and your documents instantly.
With no internet the app turns to the copy held on your machine — your last board sitting, decisions and documents, readable and printable.
Web and desktop read the same company facts, so a decision made offline is a decision the online board knows about.
Two small programs put the model and the voice on your own machine, so a sitting runs with the network off and nothing said in the chamber leaves the building. Download them here and follow the six steps.
