What is Sovereign?

A company that thinks with you, not just software you log into.

Sovereign Business Suite is an education, governance and operating system for people who carry a business on their own shoulders. It teaches the structure a real company needs, convenes a simulated executive council that argues over your actual numbers, records every decision with its reasoning, and — at the top tier — wires that council into the systems your business already runs on. Nothing here votes. Nothing here signs. You decide, always.

Running the company by yourself does not mean you have to think by yourself. Sovereign can simulate the executive perspectives your company may not yet have — without pretending those AI advisors are legal directors.

Who it helps

Built for the person the whole company depends on.

Sovereign adapts to the shape of the business rather than assuming a corporate structure that does not exist yet.

01

The sole operator

Sole proprietors, single-member LLCs, one-person corporations and freelancers who make every call alone. Sovereign detects this and switches to Founder-Only mode: a Simulated Executive Advisory Council with no quorum, no motions and no votes, recording Founder Advisory Sessions and Owner Decisions.

02

The founder without a board

Companies with revenue and staff but no real governance. You get weekly structured challenge from finance, operations, marketing, revenue, technology, customer, research, risk, people, security and a dedicated contrarian — the perspectives an established company buys with a board and an executive team.

03

Companies with real directors

If a lawful human board exists, Sovereign switches to formal mode: real board meetings, briefing packets, filed positions, counted votes and proper minutes, with the AI seats clearly marked as simulated advisors that never vote.

04

Operators drowning in systems

Businesses running on email, calendars, docs, analytics, payments and support tools that never talk to each other. Board Pro reads the real state of the company and turns it into a daily huddle instead of another dashboard nobody opens.

05

Agencies and white-label partners

Anyone who wants this entire suite under their own brand for their own clients, including an offline desktop build and a REST API for pulling company intelligence into their existing systems.

How it helps

Three products, one continuous escalation of capability.

Start teaches the company. Board governs it. Pro operates it. You can enter at any level and move up as the business matures.

01

Sovereign Start — learn it, structure it, build it

A structured education and construction system that explains why every business function exists, whether you need it now or later, and exactly what breaks when it stays uncovered.

  • Model & market: idea validation, business model, customer definition, pricing and cost structure
  • Money literacy: revenue vs profit vs cash flow, budgets, forecasting, tax and banking concepts
  • Company architecture: founder responsibilities, hierarchy, departments, employees vs contractors
  • Operating discipline: policies, SOPs, KPIs, meeting cadence, risk register, 90-day plan

02

Sovereign Board — govern it, challenge it, improve it

A non-voting executive council that researches, debates, finds the gap you did not see, and produces a written recommendation for every material decision.

  • Sixteen distinct seats with fixed expertise, fixed limits and a defined communication style
  • Live voice debate where the strongest point wins the floor, not a rotation
  • Comparable-company research: borrow, analyse, adapt
  • A standing "what are we missing?" scan on every issue

03

Sovereign Board Pro — connect it, monitor it, operate it

The council stops guessing and starts reading. Connected surfaces feed real signals into a daily executive huddle, an approval queue and a decision-and-action ledger.

  • Daily huddles composed from real activity, meetings, filed positions and open actions
  • Signal feed from connected systems, each integration verified before it is trusted
  • Controlled execution inside narrow, founder-approved standing delegations
  • REST API so your other systems can pull the same intelligence
What makes it different

Things this system does that a chatbot cannot.

Most AI tools give you one confident voice. Sovereign is built around disagreement, provenance and a hard boundary on authority.

01

Founder Lock

A permanent boundary written into the system, not a setting. AI advises, challenges, researches and may execute only inside limits you explicitly approved. Equity, debt, sale of the company, banking ownership, legal signatures, material financial commitments and any irreversible act always stop at you.

02

Nobody has a script

There is no speaking order. Every seat scores its own urge to speak on relevance, urgency, novelty, evidence, contradiction and specialist value, minus penalties for repetition and for having just spoken. The moderator gives the floor to the strongest request. Seats with nothing useful stay silent — and that silence is meaningful.

03

One voice at a time, and you can cut in

A single audio lock means two advisors can never talk over each other. The moment you take the microphone, speech stops mid-sentence and the floor is yours. Ask a named seat a direct question and it jumps the queue.

04

A built-in contrarian

One seat exists purely to attack unchallenged assumptions, and it only asks for the floor when an assumption has gone unexamined. Comfortable consensus is treated as a defect.

05

Every statement is sourced

Each contribution is tagged as company knowledge, current research, role expertise or assumption, carries a confidence level, cites the company facts it used, and shows exactly why that member chose to speak.

06

Real voices, not stock personas

Seats speak aloud in the browser, and a real human board member can have their own cloned voice — with recorded consent — so their contributions are heard in their own voice.

07

Governance honesty

The suite never calls AI a director. It detects whether you have a lawful human board and changes its entire vocabulary, workflow and paperwork accordingly. Advisory history is never retroactively converted into board action.

Better decisions

How the system actually improves a decision.

A decision improves when it survives challenge, when the reasoning is written down, and when someone checks later whether it worked.

01

1 · The issue is stated plainly

You state the real business question, or the system proposes one from recent activity, meetings and signals. The issue, not the mood of the day, sets the agenda.

02

2 · Research before opinion

Company knowledge — your profile, products, prices, customers and facts — is loaded first, so the debate argues over your numbers rather than generic advice.

03

3 · Structured disagreement

Finance, operations, revenue, marketing, technology, customer, legal and risk, people, security, research and the contrarian each contest the issue from a fixed mandate. Specialist seats can jump ahead when material risk appears.

04

4 · Assumptions are named and challenged

The system tracks which assumptions are being relied on, who asserted them, and whether anyone has actually challenged them. Unchallenged assumptions are surfaced, not buried.

05

5 · A recommendation with dissent attached

You get a position, the reasoning behind it, and the seats that disagreed — because the dissent is often the part worth reading twice.

06

6 · Your decision, on the record

Approve, reject, modify, defer or ask for more evidence. The record stores the verdict, the note, the participants, the dissent, the provenance and the governance mode at the time.

07

7 · Action plan and outcome review

Decisions become owned action items with due dates and status. Overdue work resurfaces in the daily huddle, so the loop closes instead of quietly expiring.

The organization side

It is also the company's institutional memory.

Most small companies lose their history in inboxes and chat threads. Sovereign keeps the record, and it belongs to your account alone.

01

Company knowledge base

Legal name, formation details, jurisdiction, positioning, what you sell, products, prices, socials and a growing list of company facts every seat is required to reason from.

02

Meetings, agendas and minutes

Agendas and minutes can be typed, uploaded or spoken. Spoken input is transcribed, structured and reformatted into a proper record you can edit before it is filed.

03

Documents and exports

Generate the artefact the business actually needs — advisory session summary, owner decision memo, business restructure plan, company blueprint, 90-day plan, risk register, advisory recommendations, action items, or formal minutes where a real board exists — and download it as PDF or Word.

04

Ledgers you can audit

A decision ledger, an action ledger and a session archive, each timestamped and linked to the meeting or huddle that produced it.

05

Operating cadence

Daily huddles, weekly meetings, monthly operating reviews, quarterly strategy reviews and annual planning — the rhythm mature companies run and small ones usually skip.

06

Control and access

Role-based access, audit logging, an administrative command centre with live behavioural analytics, and a permanent root owner account that cannot be locked out of its own company.

07

Your data, portable

A REST API with scoped keys lets your other systems pull signals, huddles, meetings, positions and members. A white-label desktop build keeps a working copy of the company record offline.

Your own board

Bring in real people — and count them properly.

The simulated council is the floor, not the ceiling. Any real human you invite becomes a first-class participant with their own identity, voice and voting rights.

01

Create the seat, define the person

Name, seat title, relationship to the company, strategic posture, areas of expertise, explicit out-of-scope areas, communication style, disagreement style and whether the seat carries a vote.

02

Their own voice

A real member can consent to voice cloning, and from then on their contributions are spoken in their own voice rather than a generic one. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and can be withdrawn.

03

Briefed before the meeting

Each member receives a private, tokenised link to their own briefing card: the subject, the agenda, the questions on the table and the deadline — not a plain email thread.

04

Positions filed in any format

They can type their position, speak it, or upload it. Spoken and uploaded input is transcribed and interpreted into a structured position with yay, nay or abstain on each question, which they can correct before filing.

05

A vote only counts if it was filed

If a member did not file a position before the meeting, their vote is recorded as late and excluded from the count. The rule is visible to everyone, so nobody is surprised.

06

Automatic agenda intelligence

The system can choose the meeting's focus from past conversations, open decisions and current signals. An administrator can turn that on or off.

07

From solo to hybrid, without amnesia

The first real director, manager, accountant, attorney, investor or executive moves the company from solo advisory into hybrid governance, keeping all prior company memory. Earlier sessions stay clearly labelled as advisory history.

Plain limits

What it will not do

01It will not pretend to be a legal board of directors, officer or fiduciary.
02It will not vote, form a quorum or issue corporate resolutions.
03It will not give financial, legal, tax, investment or medical advice.
04It will not take an irreversible or high-risk action on your behalf.
05It will not invent numbers about your business — every claim is sourced or labelled an assumption.
